Robert Bell is a professional geologist with approximately three decades of domestic and international mineral exploration experience. He worked in Inco's (now Vale Inco) exploration department for 27 years, with experience in numerous base and precious metal deposit types in Canada, USA, Brazil, Peru, Indonesia, Turkey, Greenland and Australia, ultimately serving in the capacity of Director of Exploration.

Mr. MacGibbon, Chairman of Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. is a professional geologist with over 42 years of experience in the mining business. He graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 1968 with a B.Sc. in geology. Prior to joining FNX Mining in 1997, Mr. MacGibbon was employed for 30 years with Inco Limited. He started his career with Inco as a mine geologist in the Sudbury Basin and held increasing positions of responsibility in Inco's exploration department, culminating into the responsibility of directing Inco's North American and worldwide exploration activities as Director of Exploration. He has held directorships and senior executive positions in several TSX and TSX Venture Exchange public mining companies.

Mr. Clucas is the founder of the Company and is currently President of Search Minerals Inc. He was Chief Financial Officer of Inco's Canadian operations until 1984 and has been involved in the development of several mineral deposits, including the Snow Lake Mine (High River Gold Mines), Montana Tunnels (Pegasus Mining) and the Fenix Project (HudBay Minerals Inc).
Position: Director, Chairman of Audit Committee
Mr Klein is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator with over 22 years of experience in corporate finance and valuation, corporate management, and professional accounting. Mr. Klein currently serves as the lead partner of Klein Farber Corporate Finance Inc., a financial services advisory firm which is a member of the Farber Financial Group, and has served as an advisor to various corporations, quasi-government organizations, and private individuals and groups.
Position: Director, Audit Committee
Robert Pollock is Director, President and CEO of Primary Corp. (TSX-V: PYC) a merchant banking company and Director, President and CEO of Primary Capital Inc., a limited market dealer. He served as Senior Vice President of Quest Capital Corp. (TSX: QC, AMEX: QCC and AIM: QCC) from September 2003 to October 2006. He was formerly Vice President - Investment Banking at Dundee Securities Corporation and has 17 years of experience in the Canadian capital markets with specific experience in merchant banking, institutional sales and investment banking. Mr. Pollock holds an MBA from St. Mary's University and BA from Queen's University.
